Most people have FAQ's about Fanfiction Lingo, which most people tend to find annoying. Here, you can find all the lingo I/other people can think of.
^*^
A/N- Author's note. Normally placed at the end or beginning of a story, and are used to explain something outside of the story, but still having to do with the plot.
Anti-Sues- Mary Sues that tend to go in the opposite direction, becoming overly-flawed characters.
AR/AU- Alternate Reality, Alternate Universe respectively. When the story uses the same Characters, but is twisted in some way.
AT- Alternate Timeline, most often used by lazy writers that don't wish to give a reason for the cannon of only one or 2 episodes/books, but still want to have events that happened after said episode/book.
Beta-Reader/BETA, Beta- A proofreader for a fanficion, normally another user on the fanfiction site.
Canon- Where the story makes sense, in relationship to the show/book up to the present edition/episode.
Crossovers- Also called X-over's, when characters from one book/show interact with other characters from other shows/books. See Spin-Overs.
FemSlash- A fanfiction consisting of two or three females in a lesbian -type relationship.
Flamers/Flames - Peoples who write critiques or reviews simply to get under the authors' skin, or simply because they like to make fun of other writers.
Mary-Sue- See SI.
Net-Talk- Also called Computer Lingo or Text Talk [Txt Tlk], this consists of an abundance of abbreviations- TTLY [Talk to You Later], BRB [Be Right Back]- lowercase letters [abcd] , and certain special characters [*&$%@#...><+=] strung together with letters/numbers in order to form words. This is sometimes seen along with emoticons. [ ]
OC- Original Character. Often, authors will create another character outside of cannon in order to give the cannon characters more of a plot, or someone to relate to. See Anti-Sue, Mary-Sue.
OOC- Out of Cannon, see AT, AR/AU.
POV- Point of View. The character who is telling the story, if any at all.
R&R [r&r]- Read and review. Normally, the author wants the reader to critique the story so far when he/she is done reading that chapter.
Shipping- Relationships between 2 or 3 characters of a fan fiction. can be seen as HannahxDanny, HxD, or HanDan. See: FemSlash, Slash, Yaoui , Yuri.
SI- also called a Mary-Sue. This is a self-insert character where the author, obviously doesn't wish to kill themselves- even if only in a story- and make their character invincible, with no weakness, and will often kill the real main character in order to keep their character alive.
Slash- Story where there are two male characters have a relationship, be it sexual or simply an almost-more-than-friends relationships.
Song fic- A fanfiction that has original song/poem with not much else in the lue of dialog or description.
Spin-Overs- When characters from one book/show interact with characters from a spin-off. For example, a Doctor Who/Torchwood crossover. See Crossover,Spin-Off.
Spin-Off- A show inspired by, and often produced by the same people who created the original show.
Troll- Typically used as an insult, used to mean a newbie or just general bad writer who had absolutely horrible writing ability.
Yaoi- Typically used in Anime/Manga Fanfiction , a fanfiction that involves male homesexual pairings.
Yuri- Typically used in Anime/Manga Fanfiction, a fanfiction that involves female lesbian parings.

That's all I can find for now. If I can find any others, they'll be up shortly.
